U.S. Soldiers assigned to U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) and the 79th Theater Sustainment Command, U.S. Army Reserve, coordinate reception, accountability, and operational support for participants of exercise Justified Accord 2026 at the Humanitarian Peace Support School, Nairobi, Kenya, Feb. 25, 2026. Working at JA26 headquarters, Soldiers synchronize personnel movements, logistics, communications and sustainment operations that enable the multinational exercise.

Justified Accord strengthens interoperability among partner nations, enhances readiness for humanitarian assistance and crisis response, and prepares regional forces for United Nations and multinational missions while building readiness for the U.S. joint force. Led by SETAF-AF and hosted in Djibouti, Kenya and Tanzania, JA26 is the largest exercise conducted by United States Africa Command in East Africa. (U.S. Army video by Spc. John Garcia)
