Hydroseeding at West Shore Lake Pontchartrain contract 110

Hydroseeding recently took place at WSLP contract 110. This process sprays a combination of grass seed, mulch, fertilizer, and water onto the levee embankment at its final elevation. The grass to come will be a mix of Bermuda and Bahia that will provide erosion control. The hydroseeding process is among the final features of work by the contractor towards completion of this section of the WSLP project.
