Fort Hamilton breaks ground on new Information Systems Node Facility

United States Army Garrison Fort Hamilton, along with United States Army Corp of Engineers, North Atlantic Division broke ground on May 1st, 2023, for their new Information Systems Node (ISN) Facility project, valued at $27,540,261. The ISN Facility is intended to replace the current Information Systems Facility at Fort Hamilton, and will consist of a 10,872 square foot, single-story masonry building structure with redundant power, as well as adequate parking and loading areas for organizational vehicles.

As the only active-duty US Army base in the New York City area, the US Army's investment in this sustainable technology infrastructure underscores its commitment to the security and longevity of Fort Hamilton. By approving this critical infrastructure project, the US Army and the Department of Defense have taken a significant step towards ensuring the base's mission for many years to come.
