U.S. Navy hospital corpsmen with Marine Wing Support Squadron 171 treat a simulated burn wound during exercise Kamoshika Wrath 23-1, at the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Haramura Training Area, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan, Oct. 17, 2022. Kamoshika Wrath is an annual field exercise that focuses on unit-level training. The exercise consisted of patrols, water purification, pistol qualification, heavy equipment operations and annual requirements to meet unit training and readiness standards.
