Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. James McConville presided over the Army Materiel Command Change of Command ceremony at Army Materiel Command headquarters, in which Gen. Gus Perna relinquished command to Gen. Ed Daly. Daly is the 20th commanding general of AMC.
