Balikatan 2019: AFP, Seabees Construct Medical Facility B-Roll
3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade
March 26, 2019 | 4:00
Soldiers from the Armed Forces of the Philippines and sailors from the U.S. Navy work shoulder-to-shoulder to construct a medical facility in Moncada, Tarlac, Philippines, March 26, 2019, during Exercise Balikatan. Balikatan is a military training exercise hosted by the Philippines between the AFP and U.S. military, along with participants from the Australian Defence Force. Its name comes from a Tagalog phrase meaning "shoulder-to-shoulder," representing the partnership between the two countries. (U.S. Army video by Sgt. Scott Vargas)
