A 32-foot sailing vessel lists to starboard in the Oakland Estuary, Calif., Sep. 9, 2017. A Coast Guard aircrew from Air Station San Francisco rescued a 61-year-old man from the vessel, who reported he missed a buoy and the vessel ran aground.
