Combined Security Transition Command: Afghanistan Welcomes New Commander

U.S. Army Major General Todd T. Semonite passed on the unit colors of CSTC-A today after a 13-month successful tour in Kabul, Afghanistan. Semonite thanked his team of international service members, civilians and contractors for their work supporting the Afghan Ministries of Interior and Defense under the NATO-led Resolute Support Mission.
