U.S. Marines with Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 4th Marines conduct a live-fire range, at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Aug. 14, 2019. Approximately 3,000 U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel are participating in Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise (AECE) 2019, a joint training exercise that tests expeditionary logistics capabilities in the Arctic Region and prepares joint forces to respond to crises across the Indo-Pacific.
