In today’s Air Force, Mustache March basically keeps us in tune with our war-fighting spirit, especially when it may not feel like we’re fighting a war day to day. It helps kind of keep all of our spirits in check, and makes us feel like we’re all a part of the war-fighting team.

I would say it absolutely raises morale. It lets everyone feel like they’re having a little bit more fun at work. Some people look really good with a mustache, some people look really funny with a mustache, and it’s fun either way.
