Force Reconnaissance Marines, assigned to Force Reconnaissance Company, 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, British Royal Marines and Sailors assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 5 conduct operations during a visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) drills. U.S. Marines, BRMs and EODMU-5 conducted joint-combined training in order to develop shared standard-of-procedures in a VBSS environment to provide a more flexible and mission-ready capability to geographic combatant commanders in the Pacific.
