Corps contractors install temporary power to a Hoke County water treatment facility in Raeford, NC, Sept.15. The facility treats 200,000 gal of water that is stored in tank which provides more than 500 county residence with potable drinking water. Hurricane Florence caused major power outages in the county to include this facility. The 120kw generator restored power to the facility, bringing it back on-line to treat the water.
