Mayor Roberto Cedeno is the 74-year old mayor Lares. We follow him from the FEMA Regional Staging Area to food and water distribution in his neighborhoods. The hospital was running out of diesel. On the way to see his damaged cemetery a flash flood erupts and his staff must rescue a stranded driver.
