19th Air Force conducted a change of command ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph’s Hangar 4 on June 13th. Lieutenant General Steve Kwast, Commander of Air Education and Training Command, transferred command from Major General Patrick Doherty to Major General Craig Wills.
