Venezuelan Nationals are returned to Mexico by the Rio Grande Valley Foreign Operations Branch at the Hidalgo Port of Entry on October 3, 2023. At the middle of the bridge, they will be met by Mexican Aduana officials and returned to Mexico. From there they will be transported south into the interior of Mexico.
