U.S. Marines and coalition forces with Regional Command (Southwest) celebrate the 238th birthday of the United States Marine Corps at Camp Leatherneck, Helmand province, Afghanistan, Nov. 7, 2013. The ceremony consisted of the traditional cake cutting, a performance by the Pipes and Drums of 4 Scots and Scots DG, and a speech by Maj. Gen. Walter L. Miller Jr., commanding general of RC(SW).
