U.S. Marines with 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, fire an 81mm mortar system at Range 630 during Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) 3-18 aboard the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif., April 30, 2018. The purpose of ITX is to create a challenging, realistic training environment that produces combat-ready forces capable of operating as an integrated Marine Air Ground Task Force.
