221018-N-ST310-001 NORFOLK, VA (Oct. 18, 2022) Meet the Real Estate Business Line for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) – “We Are Team NAVFAC.” The Real Estate Business Line (REBL) is responsible for the acquisition, management, and disposal of Navy and Marine Corps real estate property. The REBL team provides more than 40 comprehensive products and services that range from land acquisition, management and disposal of real estate property, to other facets of the business, such as demolition, sales and transfers, government grants, special legislation, surveying, and appraisal services. NAVFAC MIDLANT provides facilities engineering, public works and environmental products and services across an area of responsibility that spans from South Carolina to Maine, and as far west as Michigan, and down to Indiana.
