Robert Smerdon, an Installation Transportation Officer with Logistics Readiness Center Carlisle Barracks offers several tips for those undergoing a move this PCS season. Smerdon is under the U.S. Army Sustainment Command, which handles the logistics of PCS moves for the Army.
