WASHINGTON – Jens Soering, a citizen of Germany convicted of two counts of murder in the first degree, was removed from the U.S. Monday pursuant to a final order of removal, by officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).
