VA VHIC registration process at JBSA

Footage of disabled veteran, who holds a "simulated" Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC) from the Department of Veterans Affairs, presents their VHIC at a Visitor Control Center to complete the registration process.
Veterans interested in gaining access to JBSA locations will first need to obtain the new Veterans Health Identification Card, or VHIC, from the Department of Veterans Affairs. The VHIC must be presented at any Visitor Control Center, along with one of the following forms of identification to complete the registration process, which will include a criminal history check.
