386th Air Expeditionary Wing
Feb. 23, 2020 | 3:27
ALI AL SALEM AIR BASE, Kuwait –
Joint Terminal Attack Controllers, part of the Tactical Air Patrol party assigned to the 82nd Expeditionary Air Support Operations Squadron provided a demonstration for multinational leaders of their interoperability capabilities during DASMAN SHIELD on the Udairi Range Complex, Kuwait Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait Feb. 23, 2020.
These Airmen also worked alongside the Kuwait Land Forces Field Artillery Regiment, U.S. Army Task Force Spartan, TF Devil and TF Saber personnel to provide support during a live-fire exercise. JTAC’s have been utilized and integrated within these units to create a communication bridge between the ground and air as well as relating idiosyncrasies from force to force.
During their time here, these Airmen have been able to provide support throughout the Area of Responsibility seamlessly and learn how to provide better support. These demonstrations helped leaders and distinguished visitors in attendance to see how the current Joint All Domain Command and Control system currently provided safety and support for partner nations.
