McDonalds Treats Make Safety Sweet for Kids at Cordell Hull Lake
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District
July 21, 2015 | 1:57
Kids who practice good safety at Cordell Hull Lake and its recreation areas and campgrounds might just earn a free ice cream or smoothie thanks to a sweet partnership between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the McDonalds in Gordonsville, Tenn. The relationship allows for park rangers to recognize youngsters doing great things like wearing life jackets, swimming with a buddy, and wearing bicycle helmets. (USACE video by Leon Roberts)
