The Wolf Creek Dam Barrier Wall is officially complete and Lake Cumberland is on the rise. A ceremony April 19, 2013 at the Russell Springs Auditorium and Natatorium in Russell Springs, Ky., gave everyone in attendance the chance to celebrate the completion of six years of construction to repair the foundation of the dam.
