Here, he discussed the first-time use of the Defense Support Program (DSP) missile warning satellites to detect SCUD missile launches during Desert Storm and how he worked with then Lt. Gen. Charles "Chuck" Horner to use DSP information to hunt down Iraqi SCUD missile mobile launchers.
