Members of the North Dakota Army National Guard assist property owners in eastern North Dakota as they defend their homes from the rising Sheyenne River. The guard units formed Quick Reaction Forces (QRF's) to provide sandbags and heavy equipment to properties in need. Staff Sergeant Joshua Trulson and property owner Andrea Butler speak.
