U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Taylor Johnson, Opthomology Technician with the 158th Medical Group, Vermont Air National Guard, participated in MEDREX 23 at the Thies Regional Hospital, in Senegal. Senegal and Vermont have been partners in the State Partnership Program administered by the National Guard Bureau since 2008. Video shows Johnson observing surgery in Thies.
