The U.S. Army Medical Command Relinquishment of Command from Lt. Gen. Patricia Horoho to Maj. Gen. Steve Jones took place at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Two 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) pilots were killed when their helicopter crashed near Fort Campbell, Ky., on Dec. 2. FORSCOM has since called for a safety stand down.
