Col. Mark Levine, commander, Joint Task Force Odin says that they are working closely with Afghan forensics labs in gathering prosecutions of insurgents. Soldiers can now obtain a username and password through The Defense Manpower Data Center in order to use their smart phones and tablets to access the Army Training Network instead of having to use a computer with a CAC reader.
