Michael Baker, military deputy for CERDEC's Command, Power and Integration Directorate, the Army's science and technology center for research into advanced mission command applications and computing platforms, discussed CERDEC's direction for developing mission command capabilities under its data to decisions initiative. He also discussed key programs and how the center is seeking advanced modeling and simulation capabilities to understand how to leverage mobile computing resources at the company level.
