The Air, Space and Cyber Conference was held in September 2023 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Md. The Total Force was encouraged to share their resilience stories in a video booth.

Tech. Sgt. Erika D’Arcy shared a story of her resilience overcoming some of her toughest challenges in life and discusses becoming a Master Resilience Trainer to help others. She believes that by fostering connectedness and unity, we can become the best version of ourselves and build a successful Total Force.
