FS GABRESKI ANGB, Westhampton Beach, NY-Acting Secretary of the Air Force Eric Fanning exits an HH-60 Pavehawk Rescue helicopter along with Col. Tom Owens, commander of the New York Air National Guard's 106th Rescue Wing, following a training mission on Thursday, July 25, during Fanning's visit to 106th Rescue Wing. Fanning observed members of the 102nd Rescue Squadron conducting a practice rescue of a pilot downed at sea.
