106th Rescue Wing Supports STS-132

Members of the 102nd Rescue Squadron, and also members of King 1, the primary HC-130 involved in the Space Shiuttle recovery mission listen to pre-brief information being delivered at an auditorium at Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. Members of the 101st, 102nd and 103rd from the 106th Rescue Wing in F.S. Gabreski, N.Y, came to Patrick Air Force Base to support provide rescue support for NASA?s Shuttle Support Mission, STS-132. On May 13, 2010, the 106th Rescue Wing members joined members of the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast guard at an auditorium on Patrick Air Force Base to discuss the details of the next day?s mission.
