106th Rescue Wing Support STS-132

Astronauts from Space Shuttle Mission STS-132 enter their transport vehicle which will take them to the launch site. The 106th Rescue Wing supported Sapce Shuttle Mission STS-132 on May 14, 2010. The 101st, 102nd and 103rd Rescue Squadrons each provided a different assest to support the Space Shuttle Recovery Program which, in the case of a evacuation by the space shuttle crew, they would have been availble to rescue the astronauts.
