WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY - Members of the 106th Rescue Wing's Security Forces Squadron take part in "active shooter" training on November 6th, 2011 at F.S. Gabreski (ANG) in Long Island. In this scenerio, an element of Security Forces airmen move in a tactical formation towards Building 345, where there have been reports of shots fired.

Air Force pararescuemen from 103rd Rescue Squadron, 106th Rescue Wing, New York Air National Guard, and West Coast-based Navy SEALs leap from the ramp of an Air Force C-17 transport aircraft during free-fall parachute training over Marine Corps Base Hawaii. The pararescuemen and SEALs parachuted to fulfill specialty-based sustainment training requirements. They were joined by Marines from 4th Force Reconnaissance Company, 4th Marine Division.

SAKHIR, Bahrain - VIP's tour past an F-16 during the Bahrain International Airshow on January 18, 2012. Airmen from the 106th Security Forces Squadron participated in this years show, meeting with the King of Bahrain and providing security for the visiting U.S. aircraft.
